REFUND POLICY

Ordering
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online store, and completing the checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place once the order is paid in full.
Whilst we try and make sure every order is completed on occasion orders may need to be cancelled, we are unable to accept any cancellation once your order has been personalised or packed for shipment. 


When ordering, please refer to the measurement guide per individual item.

Numeric sizing is not an accurate guide to measurement and fit.

We may refuse to accept an order:
(a) Where goods are not available
(b) Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
(c) If there has been a pricing or product description error
(d) If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
(e) Following any abusive behaviour which could potentially damage our business
(g) We do not tolerate any threatening messages or emails and as soon as we receive these your order shall be declined

Returns and Exchange

A refund will only be issued if your item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not provide refunds or exchange for the following

  • You just changed your mind
  • You made a spelling/grammar error whilst submitting your order
  • You found the product cheaper at another store
  • You don't like it
  • You bought the wrong size or colour. We have the garment colours and sizes charts on each product
  • The product has a fault that you knew about before you bought it. This includes instances where the fault was listed in the description.
  • It is more than 14 days since your purchase was delivered
  • Your item is embroidered or personalised, these items are custom made just for you, and all sales are final

 

Embroidery and Care
All custom pieces are created via embroidery
Clothing Care
1. Gentle wash cycle, line dry, warm iron.
We cannot accept liability for any printing or element of the clothing that is damaged or unusable due to improper care.
Faulty Items
In the unfortunate event the item arrives damaged or faulty we ask you contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods. You must include photographic evidence of the fault. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse. We do not take any responsibility for washing and ironing of garments, these are at your own risk.

Colours
Screen colours and settings vary across devices, as a result of this it is possible that the colour of your product may differ slightly to the colour displayed while browsing the website. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.
Colours chosen and ordered by the buyer are final and we cannot be held responsible for any change of mind or other circumstances surrounding colour choice. We do not replace the items if you do not like your colour combinations once printed.

 

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
Some sale items do have defects as listed and will not be removed.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept any of these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
